Jamaican Chefmon

Chef Henry Palmer has been cooking for more than 25 years in kitchens, it all started in my mother kitchen I would always help her to cook often time I have to do it by myself Henry began his career after school working in a pastry shop in his home resort town Negril, Jamaica then move on to the chicken lavish which was famous for it's fried chicken.

I did my training under some of the best chef in the Caribbean at the Swept Away resort and the Grand Lido Hotel. Henry and his family moved to Edmonton in 1997 for new opportunities. He also participates in the annual festivals of fine chef in Edmonton.
